Chemical and Engineering News, a weekly magazine published by the American Chemical Society, featured excerpts from a letter submitted by Microtrace scientists to the humorous Newscripts column regarding Buffalo Wild Wings use of the elemental symbol for mercury, Hg, to promote their Honey Ginger wing sauce and a salon from Michigan named H2O2, the chemical formula for hydrogen peroxide, an apt and accurate name for a salon.
