Jason Beckert Named Trace Section Coordinator of MAFS

Microtace senior research microscopist Jason Beckert was recently appointed Trace Section Coordinator of the Midwestern Association of Forensic Scientists. In this capacity he will be responsible for coordinating and organizing all trace section activities for the association.

MAFS

The Midwestern Association of Forensic Scientists (MAFS) is a regional organization consisting of over 900 scientists representing local, state, federal, and private forensic science laboratories. It was founded in 1972 with the purpose of encouraging the exchange of ideas and information within forensic science.
